Headed by Italian-born food expert Vaz Frigerio our sourcing team scour the continent and further afield in search of great food and producers. Over the years, our culinary adventures have allowed us to build partnerships with specialist producers; from Emilia-Romagne’s finest meat curers to Andalucia’s most sustainable olive growers.
From our state-of-the-art site in Bury we bring together these wonderful foods and pack them in an efficient, sustainable and relevant format for the UK consumer to enjoy.

In 2019, we bolstered our non-meat credentials by acquiring Katsouris Brothers, a London-based Mediterranean food company producing delicious olives, oils, antipasti, cheeses and other vegetarian products.
