The local provenance and expert skill of our producers define the high quality and distinctive flavours found in our range of Cypressa cheeses.

A renowned range

Produced by our specialist partners, our range includes fine feta, halloumi and ricotta. Our PDO Greek feta comes from a family-owned producer in the foothills of Mount Olympus. Whilst our premium PDO Cypriot halloumi is produced using traditional hand-folding techniques and milk sourced only from local farmers.

Our range of cheese is perfect in salads and home cooking, whilst grilled halloumi has established itself as a barbeque staple and the perfect option for creating mouth-watering vegetarian burgers.
