Become an apprentice
An apprenticeship is an excellent way of gaining essential skills and experience, whilst working to enhance your career prospects. It gives individuals the opportunity to step into the world of work gaining a head start within their chosen career, start earning a competitive salary whilst given the time and support to study for a recognised qualification.
Here at Cranswick we offer numerous structured apprenticeship programmes for different areas of our business, whereby our apprentices are well supported by industry professionals and approved educational providers. Our programmes range from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) up to Level 7 (Masters Degree equivalent). We ensure that whichever qualification is chosen, the individual is supported throughout their journey through mentoring, guidance and appropriate training.
Each of our programmes have been specifically tailored to meet the needs of that department, so as you gain experience and skills, you are enhancing your career prospects to ultimately go into a full-time role once you have completed your apprenticeship.
