We acquired our Valley Park site in Barnsley from Perkins Chilled Foods in 2005. The site has grown to become the single largest cooked meats production facility within the UK. We supply the retailers with all the key proteins, across all quality tiers.

The site is located in the Dearne Valley in South Yorkshire, where we employ over 1,000 people. We are extremely proud to say over a quarter of the team have worked with us for over 10 years.

Our premium, air-dried ham range is cured using a traditional method which has been handed down over three generations of family butchers, to our food hero and master curer, Chris Battle. At every turn, our team at Valley Park demonstrates an unrelenting focus on quality that shines through in every product we sell.
