Specialist Mediterranean foods producer Katsouris joined Cranswick in 2019.

The business started when three brothers from Cyprus moved to the UK and began to import specialities from specialist Mediterranean producers.  Costas Constantinou continues to maintain those longstanding relationships that his family first established, as well as create new ones to continue to bring new Mediterranean foods to the UK.

The breadth of categories supplied includes pulses, nuts, olives, feta and halloumi cheese.

The Katsouris innovation team create authentic Greek recipes using cook books handed down by family members and working with their producer partners on the continent; whilst also embracing food trends to create exciting, tasty ranges.
