We are very proud of the team at Fresh Poultry Eye, who have won Best Poultry Product at the Food Management Today Industry Awards 2022 for their Morrisons Chinese Style Chicken Drums and Thighs.
The team at Eye worked closely with the Morrisons product development and buying teams to develop the best Chinese style flavour in the market using a combination of Chinese flavours - including aniseed and Chinese 5 spice.
