Cranswick celebrated the achievements of its graduate cohort at an inspiring event, bringing together those who have recently joined the company with those thriving in successful careers within the business today.
Cranswick CEO, Adam Couch, addressed the previous and current graduates, emphasising the importance of continuing to ask questions within their role.
As well as hearing from the Board, graduates also had the opportunity to pose their burning questions directly to them.
Senior leaders from across the group also shared their words of advice for the next generation, highlighting the skills that will be key to their success in the next 10 years. From digital and data literacy to curiosity and leadership. The event reinforced Cranswick’s commitment to nurturing homegrown talent and career progression within the company.
