Jess joined Cranswick in 2016 as an Agriculture Supply Chain Technologist and a year later was promoted to Agriculture Supply Chain Manager. Throughout her time in both roles, she gained a strong understanding of the business, with her main focus being on animal welfare.

At the start of 2020 Cranswick acquired White Rose Farms Ltd and Jess took on the new role of Compliance Manager. The knowledge and experience gained from her previous roles within Cranswick allowed her to easily transition into this new role.
