Yetunde was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director in 2022 and is the Non-Executive Director responsible for workforce engagement. Her tenure as at 28 March 2026 is four years.

Yetunde has experience gained in mergers and acquisitions, business operating model transformation and development. She is the Managing Director of Synchrony Development Consulting,
an international leadership and change consultancy, and the founder of Solaris Global Executive Leadership Development Academy. She is also a visiting fellow at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School.
