By using only the best cuts of British pork and fresh herbs and spices, we have elevated the humble banger to new levels. With hundreds of bespoke gourmet recipes, from Italian sausages with red wine and fennel, to American inspired hotdogs, we create a range of outstanding flavours.
All pork is hand trimmed by our expert butchers to ensure a consistent finish. By only using small-batch production and gently mincing and blending our sausage filling, we replicate the techniques that were used in the original shops.
