The Brits' love of bacon is part of the national identity. Our mission was to get the best into supermarkets across the land, bringing a smile to the nation's face.

So, in 2004, we partnered with great artisan butcher Jack Scaife and later with speciality curers Woodall’s, whose Cumbrian family business began back in 1828. They still use traditional curing and smoking methods and historic recipes to create their unique flavours.

We’ve since invested in state-of-the-art facilities to cope with increased demand. Today, these are overseen by Jack Scaife’s Master Butcher, Chris Battle.
