Job Purpose

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers in line with the load plan or delivery note. The role ensures all products are accurate, undamaged, contamination‑free, and stored in the correct designated areas.

Main Duties

• Transfer finished products from production to storage
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Complete stock‑taking activities as required
• Pick orders accurately to meet dispatch requirements
• Liaise with all departments to support smooth and efficient site operations

Requirements, Experience & Person Specification

• Proactive approach to environmental standards, including managing spills and maintaining a clean working environment
• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Reach FLT licence (advantageous)
• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Experience using WMS systems and handheld scanners (essential)
