Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organised Training Administrator to join our team within the Farming Division - a role where your precision and initiative will help shape a culture of continuous learning and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's training matrix and records, ensuring everything is audit-ready and up to date. You will play a key part in identifying training needs, coordinating sessions, and supporting smooth induction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the Training Matrix with accurate and timely data
  • Highlighting and recording training needs across the business
  • Supporting the booking and organisation of training sessions
  • Issuing induction paperwork and coordinating company induction sessions
  • Assisting with training coordination related to the Pig Passport scheme
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company policies related to training and staff development

About You

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Full UK driving licence
