What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Technical Administrator plays a key role in supporting product development, manufacturing performance, routine analysis, and finished goods management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing internal and customer specifications and product data sets on IT systems to required standards and timescales.
  • Engaging with technical teams and stakeholders to streamline electronic reporting systems.
  • Liaising with internal and customer teams to ensure accurate specifications and supporting documents for new products or redesigns.
  • Managing document creation processes for speed and quality.
  • Supporting artwork approval processes and tracking tasks.
  • Capturing key data during process trials and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing product files and version control effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Location: Lodge Farm site (supports Grove Road and Lodge Farm)
  • Job Type: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK and have own transport
