Site Service Engineer
Job Description:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Site Service Engineer to join the Engineering team at Cranswick Gourmet Bacon, Sherburn.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
· Taking responsibility for all site services and amenity requirements
· Ensuring safe systems of work at all times, completing Q perm Permit to Work and working within remit
· Ensuring all PPM tasks NCR’s and corrective actions are carried out accordingly to schedule
· Ensuring all contractors on site are controlled and adhere to site policies, including the completion of permits to work within the realms of Method statements and Risk Assessments
· Ensuring all service contract servicing work is carried out according to the schedule
· Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping throughout the amenities, plant rooms and roof spaces
· Ad hoc duties and tasks as required
In addition, you will undertake any training that the company deems necessary that may assist you to affect the above responsibilities.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Engineering ONC qualified or equivalent- desired
· Minimum of 3 years hand on experience preferable within the food industry or Site Services role.
· Experience with refrigeration, compressed air and vacuum systems
Location: Sherburn In Elmet
Hours of work: Shift- Days Only- 6.30am-6.30pm -2on-2off ,3on-2off,2on-3off.
