Col­la­tion Pack­ing Manager

Currently is looking for an experienced and self-motivated one Collation Packing Manager for Day shift and one for Evening shift, with a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, collating and organizational management of stock and team. Familiar with Health & Safety and Food Safety Legislation, excellent leadership skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job overview

You need to be hands-on, motivated and self-driven to attain results. Your remit is to support your peers in delivering best performance and improve production to achieve and surpass internal and customer targets. Able to deliver the daily production plan on time and in full, ensuring high quality standards are implemented & maintained. Effectively manage all resources onsite, working collaboratively with other departments for delivering and exceeding onsite KPI’s. Working on Continuous Improvement of operations, with an eye for cost & waste reduction. (A full job description is available upon request.)

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday DAYS 06:00-15:00 EVENINGS 15:00-23:30

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven production leadership experience within a food or FMCG background
  • Extensive knowledge & understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to apply in live situations the principles and tools of lean manufacturing
  • Thorough understanding of the people processes, needed to build a high performing team
  • Level 3 HACCP or above is essential to control and manage our HACCP systems and all CCP's
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management abilities
  • Experience of driving change & implementing efficiency improvements
