Senior HR Advisors
Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry is hiring at our state-of-the-art processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.
We are recruiting for two full-time, permanent HR Advisors, one of which is a Senior HR Advisor opportunity, to join our team and be part of our exciting growth plans.
These are predominantly site-based generalist, hands-on roles, working Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm, which offer great experience and include:
- Providing HR guidance, coaching and advice to our Supervisors and Managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development as well as exit
- Supporting and developing Managers with a range of HR topics, including employee relations (disciplinaries/absence mgt/grievances), employee engagement and performance management
- Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets (e.g. retention, absence, turnover)
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives which make our business a great place to work
- Working as part of our passionate, hardworking HR team to attract, engage and retain the best people for our business
What you will need:
- To have previous generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment and enjoy partnering closely with the business to add commercial value
- To be CIPD qualified (ideally level 5, minimum level 3). If you have equivalent experience and a desire to gain this qualification, we would love to hear from you
- To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- A valid driving licence, as the role will be based in Eye, Suffolk but involves occasional travel to our other sites.
- Some flexibility; we have an evening shift and approx. once per week, our team take turns to adjust their hours to start later and finish later (until approx. 7pm) to support them
Pay and benefits:
- Salary – Up to £42,000 depending on experience and CIPD qualification
- Up to £2000 annual allowance, paid in quarterly instalments in recognition of the flexibility demonstrated supporting our evening shift
