Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Administrator to support our Quality and Technical teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure the site meets food safety, customer, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality attribute sheets, specifications, and compliance documents.
- Check, file, and archive quality records accurately (both digital and paper).
- Support audit preparation and document organisation.
- Enter data for quality checks, CCP monitoring, and traceability records.
- Liaise with production and quality teams to resolve missing or incorrect paperwork.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain document control systems.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin experience (preferably in food manufacturing).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
