QA Auditor
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday Shift A
Working Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QA Auditor to support our Technical Team.
As a QA auditor, you will play a leading role in ensuring all QA functions within the Valley Park Manufacturing site are carried out and adhered to. Ensuring the monitoring of Food Safety and Quality are carried out on a day-to-day basis.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting site Quality Assurance activities you will ensure that all appropriate control mechanisms are carried out and are being adhered to.
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with all legal, customer, and company standards.
- Carrying out QA, GMP, HACCP, glass, foreign body, and hygiene audits to agreed frequencies.
- Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) and challenging non-compliance.
- Completing product sampling, intake checks, temperature monitoring, and positive release processes.
- Managing raw material quality and traceability in line with specifications and legislation.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and completed on time with due diligence.
- Investigating quality issues, escalating concerns, and following actions through to resolution.
- Supporting continuous improvement in GMP, hygiene, KPIs, and audit performance.
- Promoting a strong quality culture and working closely with Production, Hygiene, Engineering, and Planning teams.
What we need from you
- Basic knowledge or understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
- High level of vigilance and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify non-conformances and report issues accurately.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when enforcing standards.
- Willingness to learn and follow quality and food safety procedures.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Confidence to raise concerns within a food factory environment.
