Production Shift Manager

We are looking for a relief Shift Manager to work in our Retail/sausage Department. You will be responsible for supporting various teams to produce high quality product to the required standards.
Shift: 40hours per week (flexibility with day shifts and night shifts required)
Job requirements of a Relief Shift Manager:
- Great people management skills;
- Food Production experience;
- Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team;
- Troubleshooting – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action
- Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets;
- Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
What you will need:
- Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrate decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
