Job Purpose:

To work in a production team ensuring high-quality product manufacturing, meeting standards, targets, safety, and hygiene. Responsibilities include following procedures, maintaining cleanliness, achieving production goals, supporting colleagues, and complying with regulations. High-risk duties involve grading materials, loading products, adjusting positions, and ensuring specifications are met.

Requirements, Experience, and Person Specification:

• Preferred manufacturing experience
• Completion or willingness to undergo training in L2 Food Safety and L2 Health and Safety Principles
• Understanding of risk assessments and safe working procedures
• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail
• Demonstrates QVIP values
