Night Line Leader

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:00pm – 3:00am

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team to achieve daily production targets
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are met at all times
• Monitor line performance and drive efficiency
• Support training and development of team members
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a food production environment (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
