Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join High Risk department as a Machine Minder.

The key elements of the role are:

• To take ownership of the set-up, start-up readiness and first-line technical support of the High Risk packing lines, ensuring that Sealpac sealing machines, printers and associated equipment are correctly set, maintained and operating efficiently.
• The Machine Minder will be the first point of contact for machine-related issues, carrying out basic fault finding, adjustments and maintenance within their level of competency before escalating more complex issues to the Engineering team.
• Set and verify machine parameters to ensure the equipment is operating correctly for the product being manufactured.
• Ensure correct film, trays, labels and other packaging materials are fitted and correctly positioned.
• Ensure the line is ready for production at the agreed start time.
• Work with Engineering Dept to look for opportunities to optimise and improve the High Risk packing lines

• 4on 4off 5am to 5pm
• 4on 4off 5pm to 5am
