Line Leader

Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers.

Due to factory expansion we are looking to hire Lien leaders across days and nights in High risk departments.

The key elements of the role are:

• Ensure temperature checks are conducted and recorded
• Communicating product changes to packing department
• To conduct preflight checks, checking the machine speed is set up correctly, no visual damage to the machine
• To ensure the lines are serviced with the required specification product
• Ensure the product packed to the correct specification (weight, pack size, etc.)
• To guide and train new starters
• Ensure the companies hygiene policies are adhered too and maintained at all times.
• To supervise line operatives on a day-to-day basis ensuring that performance, product quality, good housekeeping, discipline and safety standards are maintained.
• To ensure correct recording of KPI, downtime
• Ensure all issues communicated to team leaders/ managers in timely manner
