We're looking for a talented Innovation Chef to join our Food Service Development Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative culinary professional to influence food trends, collaborate with key customers and develop innovative products that make a real impact in the marketplace. You'll combine your culinary expertise with commercial awareness to bring exciting new ideas to life from concept to launch.

This role offers the opportunity to influence product development from concept through to launch while working alongside customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating exciting new products and menu concepts for leading Food Service customers.
- Turning food trends and consumer insights into commercially successful products.
- Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
- Leading innovation sessions, product presentations and culinary showcases.
- Developing recipes that deliver on taste, quality and commercial objectives.
- Managing projects from initial concept through to successful launch.
- Building strong customer relationships and acting as a Food Service ambassador.
- Championing food safety, quality and best practice throughout the development process.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded chef who is passionate about food innovation and bringing new ideas to market.
- Experience in a Chef or Development Chef role.
- A proven ability to create successful products and recipes.
- Strong understanding of food trends, flavour development and the NPD process.
- Confident presenting ideas and building relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product scalability.
- Food Safety qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Full UK driving licence.
