Hygiene Operative
Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby’s) is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull. Producing great food is for us more than just taste, it's about knowing and respecting where that food come from. Therefore, at Cranswick we continually invest in our sustainable and ethical supply chain.
We are currently recruiting an experience Hygiene Operative to join our days or nights hygiene team. The ideal candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail. This physically demanding role provides a hygiene resource to the fast-paced factory in order that acceptable conditions of cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping are maintained in a refrigerated environment.

Shift: 4on 4off 05:30-17:30 or 17:30-05:30
Pay: £12.99 per hour for days and £14.49 per hour for nights
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met during night shift operations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintaining hygiene in the food industry.
- Support supply chain processes by adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key attributes we are looking for:
- Experience within the food industry (i.e. Hygiene Operative or similar)
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Team player & co-operative
- Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
