Hygiene Operative
Shift Pattern: (Caravan) Shift pattern (3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on)
Working Hours: 6am - 6pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hygiene Operative to join our Hygiene team.

What you’ll be doing
As a Hygiene Operative you will play a fundamental role in supporting the Hygiene team. You will:
- Supporting the Hygiene Supervisor and working collaboratively with different teams across the site.
- Reporting directly to Supervisors and the Management team, you will be responsible for cleaning machinery to specified standards and maintaining high standards of housekeeping across both high-risk and low-risk areas of the factory.
- Providing an efficient laundry service, including the handling, replenishment and collection of laundry.
- Taking pride in maintaining first-class hygiene standards that help keep the factory running safely and efficiently.

What we need from you
Essential
We’re looking for a proactive team player, with strong attention to detail and key time management skills. Whilst we are not looking for direct experience, our ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, communicate and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
Desirable
Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment or a similar role is desired, but not essential.
