We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as an HR Advisor.
We are on the hunt for an energetic HR Advisor to drive the People Department forward by implementing continued ‘Best Practice’ approaches and methods to ensure HR plays a pivotal role in the Company and provides a high level of support across all functions. You will play a key role in driving engagement, wellbeing and performance supporting the drive of Cranswick HR values on site by ensuring the site can Attract, Engage and Progress its colleagues.
- Work on various projects as defined by the company or the Human Resources Business Partner.
- Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers.
- Supporting the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures including advising managers, taking notes and when instructed interviewing employees
- Review and update HR policies and procedures, educating managers in their application
- Manage the maintenance of HR folders and systems to be audit ready
- Present to internal and external auditors on behalf of HR and Training
- Keeping up to date with employment law changes
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the following:
- Ethical Trading Framework
- External and Internal audits
- KPI and key information gathering
- Assisting with payroll
- Inputting personnel/payroll information on time and attendance system ensuring that the information is maintained and up to date.
