HR AdviĀsor
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources processes. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working time: Monday to Friday
Duties
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and update our HR system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Contribute to the development of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Support with any employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness and D&I
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
- Supporting managers during investigations, disciplinaries and welfare meetings
- Offer effective absence management in conjunction with occupational health
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process for departing employees.
Experience
- Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar position.
- Experience working within FMCG.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices within the field of human resources is advantageous.
