HR AdviĀ­sor

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources processes. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working time: Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update our HR system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Support with any employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness and D&I
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
  • Supporting managers during investigations, disciplinaries and welfare meetings
  • Offer effective absence management in conjunction with occupational health
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process for departing employees.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar position.
  • Experience working within FMCG.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices within the field of human resources is advantageous.
