What You’ll Be Doing

As a Health & Safety in Manufacturing Degree Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced SHE professionals to ensure our sites are safe, compliant, and efficient. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of SHE management systems
  • Assisting with risk assessments, hazard identification, and accident/incident investigations
  • Helping ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation and industry standards
  • Participating in safety audits, inspections, and site walkthroughs
  • Supporting environmental compliance initiatives
  • Attending relevant HSE courses and training to develop your technical expertise

You’ll rotate across multiple manufacturing sites, giving you exposure to different production processes and safety challenges, helping you build a broad understanding of health, safety, and environmental management in the food industry.
