Location: Froch Foods Ltd – Stourton, Leeds, LS10
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support the day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for operating machinery, packing products, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times. Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely
- Pack finished products to required standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas in line with hygiene regulations
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures
- Support team targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with good attention to detail
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic English skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential

Pay: £12.51 per hour
