  • Support the ongoing development of Power BI dashboards and data visualisation (where required)
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep data aligned, accurate and on time
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors and streamline admin tasks
  • Play an active role in supporting a well-organised, efficient and high-performing office function

About You

  • We’re looking for someone who is hard-working, reliable and takes ownership, with the confidence to stay calm, focused and accurate even when workloads are busy.
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a production, operations, or project-driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Comfortable handling data and reporting, with the ability to spot trends and highlight issues
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator who works well with different teams across the business
  • Agricultural knowledge (especially pig production) is an advantage, but not essential; relevant training will be provided

Pay and Benefits

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Enhanced company pension scheme
  • Death in service insurance
  • 24/7 health and wellbeing support
  • Access to the Cranswick discounts platform
  • Eligibility for the Cranswick Share Save scheme
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay (after 2 years' service)
  • Free on-site parking
  • Free gym membership
