About the Role:
We’re offering a 3-4 year Engineering Apprenticeship with hands-on training and a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification, through West Suffolk College. You’ll work 40 hours per week, including one day of college release.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns
- Monitor and maintain plant and key service equipment
- Conduct planned maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment issues
What We’re Looking For:
- A logical, detail-oriented mindset for solving problems
- Ability to stay calm and think on your feet under pressure
- Reliability and commitment to completing the apprenticeship
- 5 GCSEs (grades 9-5/A-C), including Maths and English, or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalents
