Job requirements of Despatch Administrator:
We are looking for a Despatch Administrator to join our established Despatch team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and quality/accuracy within Despatch.
Shift Pattern – Monday-Friday, 17:10-01:40
Duties
- Liaising with Sales, planning teams, hauliers and shipping lines.
- Entering data on the system and producing relevant shipping documents
- Updating databases and spreadsheets
- Verification of shipping documentation
- Carrying relevant temperature checks of the chilled goods
- Checking the orders and establishing the load plans
- Accuracy checks of the picking
What you will need:
An understanding of fast paced environment
Highly organised
Good attention to detail
Team player
Excellent communication
Computer literate
Ability to perform during peaks and troughs
