Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby’s) is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull. Using only the best cuts of British pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick are the UK’s leading producer of gourmet sausages and burgers, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets alike.
Being an integral part of the Production Team, providing excellent data input support. Collating and analysing data to create meaningful KPI/SIC reports.
The main duties of the role include;
- Issue data collection sheet to line leaders and actively collect information from Line Technician and line leaders and senior Line Leaders
- Ensure data is collected correctly and completed as according to procedure
- Compile data related to line performance as received from the line, FOPS and Formix system into the MIS system
- Collect data related to staffing levels, waste, cost or other metrics as defined by the CI or factory manager
- Using and understanding of the production process seek to ensure information is always correct, raising discrepancy to the shift manager
- Use the MIS system to hourly review the SIC board
- Prepare, print and present all material as required for the SQPDC meeting
- Record SQPDC actions onto the factory project log for review or on hourly basis
The successful candidate will:
- Be versed in data analysis
- Be educated to GCSE level (grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent)
- Possess excellent computer skills (Excel and bespoke databases)
- Have great attention to detail
- Communicate effectively
- Have a good knowledge of production processes
