In this role, you will work closely with the National Account Manager, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver strategies that drive category growth, maximise commercial performance, and strengthen partnerships with key customers across food service and manufacturing. What You’ll Do

  • Account Support & Strategy – Partner with the National Account Manager to support key food service customers, contributing to commercial plans, growth strategies, and tailored initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Insight – Analyse sales, margin, and performance across food service and ingredient channels to identify growth opportunities and optimise commercial results.
  • Customer Engagement – Act as a commercial point of contact for food service operators and manufacturing partners, supporting initiatives, addressing queries, and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with production capabilities and customer needs.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring – Maintain accurate account data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the Food Service and Ingredients division.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach with willingness to travel between Hull and Sherburn as required.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or fresh meat categories is highly desirable.
