Why Cranswick?

As one of the largest food producers in the UK, you’ll become part of a progressive business, dedicated to developing and nurturing your talent through tailored learning and development opportunities. Our interns are as important as any other member of the team. From the start, you’ll be given your own areas of responsibilities and encouraged to bring ideas to the table so you can really show us what you can do.

In return, you’ll learn how to network across a national organisation, use the latest technology and be part of new initiatives, as well as receive training from experienced business leaders who’ll inspire you to develop as a person and a professional.

Rewards and benefits

You can make a real impact as an intern. And you can expect a rewards package to match, with statutory holidays, earning at the National Living wage, along with a potential to fast track onto our Graduate Programme.

What you need to join us

If you’re in your second year of study, in any discipline from any university, and looking to undertake a year in industry then we want to hear from you. We want variety in our workplace – it’s what helps make us unique – so we encourage people from every kind of background to apply.
