Our placement students are as important as any other member of the team. From the start, you’ll be given your own areas of responsibilities and encouraged to bring ideas to the table so you can really show us what you can do. Types of Industry Placements Available:
As a Technical Placement student, you will work with our site Technical and Production teams to ensure that our products are manufactured safely to customer specifications and legal requirements right through our supply chain. We are looking for students studying a Food Science/ Nutrition related degree, looking to further their knowledge in a Technical aspect.
- Commercial (Sales and Marketing)
Joining us as a Commercial placement student you will be assigned to one of our retailer account teams, working day to day supporting the account with project work, retailer presentations and research and day to day responsibilities. Our Sales and Marketing teams are at the forefront of the business, driving forward sales to ensure the business is thriving.
- New Product Development
New Product Development placement students are given the opportunity to get involved with the entire process right from researching of concepts and new flavours, through to launching a product onto a retailer shelf. We are looking for innovative, creative individuals to join our new product teams, who will hopefully be able to come up with some concepts themselves.
At the heart of our business are our Production and Operations teams, working hard to ensure our products are created safely and efficiently for our customers. We invest millions into latest manufacturing technology and machinery, relying on our skilled workforce to operate them safely. If you are proactive, motivated and logical thinking then an industry placement in a Production role may for you.
- Information Technology
As an IT placement student you will be working on latest technology and systems to help improve and enhance our business as an FMCG company. We are looking for people who are passionate about Technology and motivated to find solutions to challenges to ultimately better our business and the relationships with our customers.
All Placements opportunities are for a minimum of 9 months.

- Stage 3: if you are successful, you will join the business after you finish your second year of University in June/July.
