Willow joined the business on our technical graduate programme in 2022 after she had completed her university studies. Since then, she has experienced a range of different rotations, from group compliance and technical services to our fresh pork processing facility and ready to eat sites.

This has allowed for an appreciable level of understanding of technical functions across the business as Willow has been able to comprehend and take on many day-to-day responsibilities, enabling her to develop a full technical skill set through extensive knowledge of both factory and systems-based functions across the business.

During these rotations, she has also been able to exercise personal development skills, such as team working and leadership, due to the talent development programme that is offered to all graduates. The future certainly is bright for Willow!
