Factory Manager, Riverside

Ben was one of the first graduates to come through our Graduate Programme, joining us in October 2011 to pursue a career in production. Starting at Preston, Ben worked in the abattoir and butchery for 10 months, this gave him a solid grounding to progress on to production roles in retail packaging at Lazenbys, Riverside and Preston. By 2015, Ben had moved up to Junior Shift Manager at Preston Retail, and his career continued to go from strength to strength.

In April 2016, Ben was promoted to Production Manager and promoted again a year or so later to Department Manager. This gave Ben a position on the senior retail management team. Now in his new role as Factory Manager at Riverside, Ben is accountable for all aspects of the site.
