We couldn’t be more proud of Cranswick Gourmet Sausage’s state-of-the-art facility in Hull, East Yorkshire. Opened in 2005, the site has laid the blueprint for producing artisanal food at scale.

We are dedicated to innovation and have invested heavily in the site over the last five years, but we’ve never forgotten the roots of our success. By using top quality pork and gently mincing and blending our gourmet sausage filling, we’re able to replicate the techniques Martin Heap brought to us in 1995. The very same techniques that made his shops so well-loved.
