Cranswick Preston, Riverside & King George dock sites have chosen to partner with Hull4Heroes and support their Veterans Build Project throughout the next year.
The charity aim is to give back to those who nobly served their country by helping our heroes transition back to civilian life and helping ex service personnel and their families build the future they deserve in the project’s, transitional veterans village (pictured right).
The three sites have an ambitious goal to raise £60,000 which will build a home within the village and leave an everlasting Cranswick legacy!
A number of high profile events are planned to support the fundraising including a Three Peaks Challenge and a sky dive later in the year.
Paul Matson, founder and Charmain of Hull4Heroes and Trevor Fishburn, Projects Manager met with committee members across the three sites to discuss the start of what we hope will be a very prosperous partnership. Paul said "I can’t thank the team enough for their help to date and now at the start of our partnership with Cranswick, I am excited to see what we can achieve".
