Georgina joined the business in 2017 as a Marketing Graduate and is now a Production Shift Manager.

"The Cranswick Graduate programme was an amazing opportunity to spend time learning how a large food manufacturing business operates. I was then able to work out which department best suited my skill set. As a Marketing Graduate, I never thought I would pursue a career within Production for a food business, but now I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else.

Since joining the company I’ve been given the opportunity to challenge and push myself and I've had the chance to learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. I have a career which I am genuinely passionate about, which I will always be extremely grateful for."
