About the role
As our Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be the guardian of great taste, the champion of consistency, and the ambassador of health and food safety! You'll lead a team of warehouse operatives in our quest to maintain and deliver the quality of our products.
What you’ll do:
- To supervise warehouse operatives on a day-to-day basis ensuring performance, productivity, quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Responsible for operating machinery, escalating issues to the correct department if there is an issue with the machine.
- Monitoring the quality and consistence of the product and machinery, escalating changes and concerns.
- Root cause analysis during production working with engineers and management to resolve issues within the factory
- Manage and coach the warehouse team members to develop them into our succession pipeline
What you’ll bring:
- Leadership skills that can inspire a team to greatness and keep morale as high as our flavour profiles.
- Background in warehouse supervision
- A commitment to health and safety and food safety and quality standards #
- Ability to commute/relocate to the site in Bury BL9 8RQ
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and flexible in working approach
- FMCG experience

7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 4 on 4 off (12 hour shift)
