Location: Hessle

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

Cranswick is one of the UK’s leading food producers, committed to the highest standards of animal welfare, ethical farming, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a Training Facilitator to support the Welfare and Training Strategy Manager in developing, delivering and overseeing training programmes across our farming operations. This role plays a key part in championing animal welfare, developing our people and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the development and delivery of training programmes for farm staff

· Identify training needs through assessments and consultation with managers and teams

· Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, adapting to different learning styles

· Promote a positive team ethos and help staff understand the importance of their role

· Maintain accurate training records and log training activity in line with company procedures

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes

· Work closely with the Welfare and Training Strategy Manager and Head of Welfare & Compliance

· Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

· Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained

About You:

· Strong communication, organisational and people skills

· Ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines

· A genuine passion for animal welfare, with the confidence to explore, promote and embed best practice across farming operations

· Familiar with a range of training methods and quality assurance processes

· Calm, professional approach with a positive and motivated attitude

· Relevant qualification or experience within agriculture desirable
