Job requirements of Night Factory Trainer:
We are looking for a Night Factory Trainer to join our established training team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye. You will support with the training of Cranswick and agency staff to ensure high standards are met.
Hours – Monday to Friday, 17:10 – 01:40
Duties
- Ensuring that all employees (Cranswick & Agency) are trained to current specifications and procedures.
- As a Factory Trainer you will be required to work as a member of the Training Department reporting to the Training Manager.
- Effective liaison, team working and interaction with others is fundamental.
- You will be required to ensure that all training records are accurately input into the Training Management System and to assist the Training Manager to deliver the Training Departments annual training plan
- To demonstrate professionalism and company standards in all communications within the department, the site and any external organisations to which we are dealing with
- Ensure that training plans are formulated and implemented for all employees and work with the Factory Training Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork is completed, and records kept for auditing purposes
What you will need:
- Knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Teaching qualification (Train the trainer) – Desirable
- Working to a high degree of accuracy

- Rate of pay – £15.28 per hour (Inclusive of a £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus).
