We are now recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Services Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day activities that keep our production site safe, clean, and fully operational.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and coordinate a team within the Site Services function, ensuring all work is completed to the required standard and on time

  • Oversee daily operational plans for your area and escalate issues to your Supervisor as needed

  • Ensure your team complies with health & safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards

  • Support and coach team members through training, appraisals, and on-the-job development

  • Monitor and maintain standards for cleanliness, waste management, and overall site upkeep

  • Complete required shift paperwork and update systems accurately

  • Step in to cover Supervisor responsibilities during periods of absence

  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment, including proper PPE usage and hazard reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or industrial site services

  • Strong working knowledge of hygiene and health & safety regulations

  • Previous leadership experience or the ability to lead by example

  • Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks and changing priorities

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace

  • Good literacy and numeracy; confident in completing reports and following written instructions
