Site Services Manager

The Site Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of all site services systems and equipment critical to manufacturing.
The key elements of the role are:
- Managing the maintenance, improvement and repair of plant systems and equipment via site CMMS
- Ensure that the site CMMS is audit ready
- Delivering department KPI’s
- Adherence to and improvement of engineering standards/quality of work
- Specialist contractor management
- Work planning, budgeting and communication
- Critical stock management and selection
- Developing, coaching and leading the site services team
- Act as deputy for the Maintenance Manager
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure EHS compliance
- Energy management
- Embed quality in all aspects of the role
- Enthuses others to work towards quality goals
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Communicate clearly and concisely when standards are not met
- Participate in daily review meetings and provide feedback
- Coordinate team briefings and promote cooperation across shifts
