We’re looking for a proactive and organised Shift Administrator to support our High Risk or Boxing departments. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to be part of meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

The Shift Administrator plays a key role in keeping the department running smoothly through accurate, timely, and efficient administration. You will support daily operations, people processes, and departmental compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and distributing daily KPI reports
• Tracking staffing levels and supporting recruitment activities
• Maintaining holiday trackers and managing agency labour requests
• Completing the daily review tracker and updating the department meeting board
• Issuing stationery, PPE, and supporting operational colleagues
• Processing purchase orders and preparing invoices for manager approval
• Supporting compliance with HR, H&S, Technical, Training and other key functions
• Adapting to changes and supporting continuous improvement
• Carrying out any reasonable duties requested by your line manager

What You’ll Bring

Skills & Experience

• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Administration experience (advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• A second language is beneficial (especially Eastern European languages)

As part of a food manufacturing site, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant environment. Responsibilities include:
• Participating in risk assessments
• Reporting unsafe activity, accidents or near misses
• Completing start-up checks and using PPE correctly
• Following all food safety, hygiene and legal compliance requirements
• Completing all mandatory and role-specific training
