We are looking for motivated and experienced Senior Line Leader, who can demonstrate ability to take responsibility for the production line, inspiring a team, driving efficiency to meet production targets.

The role will focus on leading team of operatives and ensure full engagement and high performance at all times, ensuring Product Quality Standards are met without compromise, monitoring and achieving KPI targets, encouraging and developing a healthy, safe and environmental awareness culture.

Shifts available: 4on 4off; Nights; 17:45-06:00

Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour

Candidate requirements:

• Worked within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Team/Line Leader or Supervisor previous experience
• Proven machine operating experience typically gained within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
