About the Role
Kickstart your career with our Sales and Marketing Degree Apprenticeship! Our commercial teams are looking for ambitious, detail-oriented individuals to help manage supermarket retail accounts and support category marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience in category analysis, sales, and business-to-business marketing, setting you up for a successful career in the food industry.
As an apprentice, you’ll earn while you learn, working towards a Level 6 Business-to-Business Sales qualification with Leeds Trinity University. Through this apprenticeship, you’ll gain a strong foundation in sales and marketing strategies specific to the food industry, developing the skills needed to support our partnerships with top UK supermarkets.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales and Marketing Degree Apprentice, you’ll join our commercial teams to work on real projects supporting our retail accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Category Marketing: Support marketing initiatives focused on specific product categories, helping drive awareness and sales for each product line.
- Sales Analysis: Learn to analyse sales data, monitor product performance, and help identify trends to support decision-making for our retail accounts.
- Account Management: Assist the team in managing relationships with key supermarket clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we deliver high-quality service.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gain insights into competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences to help guide our sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Category Teams: Work closely with our category management teams to help develop strategies that meet customer demand and drive growth in each category.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and the food industry. If you’re a recent school leaver or A-level student with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving, this role is a great fit for you. You’ll need a proactive mindset and a readiness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
